PRESIDENT OF THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC ENDORSES SUPPORT

In a letter addressed to IFATCA membership and the national aviation community, the President of the Dominican Republic has expressed his support to the 49th IFATCA WORLD CONFERENCE Punta Cana 2010.

Dr. Leonel Fernandez, highlighted the role of the Air Traffic Controllers within the grouth of a country, indicating this event is a major success. He might be present according to his schedule.

DEADLINE FOR HOTEL VENUE REGISTRATION: MARCH 19th
March 19th is the deadline to perform reservations via internet at the Meliá Caribe Tropical Hotel, the 49th IFATCA World Conference hotel venue. Until March 19th IFATCA attendees will find rooms availability. After that day, reservations will be made via telephone and rooms will be provided upon availability. The hotel management informs they expect 100% occupancy during the dates of the Conference.

We urge MA's who wish to stay at the venue hotel to make their reservations as soon as possible before this date to find room availability without any inconvenience.

FAREWELL PARTY DRESS CODE
The OC informs attendees a white party is prepared for the Farewell Party to be celebrated on Apr 16th. For this we invite our brothers and sisters attending the Conference to bring white clothing.
