Countries who’s Nationals are allowed to travel to the Dominican Republic for tourist purposes with a tourist card: A tourist card is an entry tax that can be paid upon arrival to the Dominican Republic and the total cost is US$10 and is valid for a stay of up to 3 months. *Russia and Ukraine Citizens can enter the Dominican Republic with only a tourist card until a Dominican Consulate is open on those countries.
